Is it true that the middle schools have cut their entire athletic programs due to budget constraints?

No. "B" team basketball and football have been suspended at the middle schools to create one team instead of two. In addition, middle school boys' and girls' soccer and swimming have been suspended because both have a very active club/league in-season presence in the community.
