The Board approved the construction of a Senior Academy, as a direct result of the recommendation of the Long Range Planning Task Force based on community input. Although Freshman Centers are more familiar, it was less costly to construct a Senior Academy and it was academically more efficient and sound.
The Senior Academy concept has redefined the Senior year of high school and created exciting, challenging opportunities for our students.
Any community member is welcome to contact Director of Communications Donna Petraits at 852-5726 to arrange an opportunity to visit the Senior Academy and talk to students and staff.
