What is the cost to start the school year earlier, especially utility costs? What about the kids who are in 4H and involved in the state fair?

The cost, if any is minimal, since the schools are open for staff to return. It is our understanding that the State Fair has moved 4-H events to the weekends allowing students to continue to participate without missing school.
