How is it determined when a classroom aide is placed?

The elementary principals decide where to place their allocation of aides. The number of aides is determined by the size of school, the special education programs it has and any other special instructional programs. For Title I schools (schools with a federally qualifying number of students living near or at poverty levels) Mr. Shepherd will determine the number of aides that each school will have.
