Who are classified employees and who are certified employees?
Certified employees are those with either a teaching or school services license, issued through the Indiana Dept. of Education. All other employees, even those with other professional licensing, are considered classified employees.

In an effort to improve communications, the BCSC has created this format to provide people with a place to get answers to questions and to address rumors and inaccuracies that sometimes circulate through the community.

We will not respond to questions that: attack groups or individuals, questions that are considered in poor taste, or any questions regarding specific individuals.
