Why aren't Uncrustables an entree item at the high school when they are at the middle/elementary schools?

Uncrustables only have 1 oz. of protein. The new State guidelines require middle school students to have 1 oz. of protein at lunch, but high school students must have 2 oz. of protein with their lunch. Therefore, they are no longer a viable entree option at the high school.
