How are other high schools able to offer “outside” meals such as Subway, Arbys, Panda Express etc. when it seems that Brownsburg is limiting everything now, including condiments?

We can't speak for other schools, but BCSC Food Service does not offer outside meals because of our wellness policy, which is guided by Indiana State guidelines.
