Are East Middle School students being charged for ketchup at lunch?

No one has been charged for ketchup. It is worth noting, however, that students are discouraged from grabbing handfuls of ketchup: 1) because federal nutrition guidelines limit the amount of sodium available at meals; and 2)because students will throw away extra packets(or find other things to do with them besides eat them).
