Why are some of the teachers meeting BEFORE school each Wednesday instead of after on early release days? I thought the purpose of my 3 children coming home early was so the teachers could meet at that time?

Because elementary schools begin and end later in the day, some elementary schools opted to engage in their PLC time before the school day begins. The length of time, purpose, effort and expectation of PLC's are the same for all BCSC teachers' whether they meet before school or after the day ends.
