Is there any way to save the chicken biscuit sales for PSG fundraisers?

Food sales, including PSG and other fund raisers, must comply with the applicable statutes, and specifically the nutritional limits set forth by IC 20-26-9-19 (d), which is included below:
 A food item available for sale at a school or on school grounds may not exceed the following portion limits if the food item contains more than two hundred ten (210) calories:A Chick-fil-A Chicken Biscuit is specified by Chick-fil-A at 440 calories.

It is not the intent of anyone within BCSC to negatively impact the revenue potential of the PSGs. BCSC understands and appreciates the many beneficial activities and contributions made by the various PSGs, and will actively work to assist PSGs in their efforts wherever practical, including fund raisers involving the sale of food products.
