The emotional disabilities (ED) program will be housed at Delaware Trail, and the preschool program is exclusively at both Cardinal and Delaware Trail Elementary Schools.
Allison Moyes, most recently assistant principal at Brown Elementary, will oversee those programs as an assistant principal serving both schools.
