Since when is the cafeteria required to meet a certain revenue goal?

The BCSC Food Service is expected to be self-supporting, it is not supported by any dollars from the corporation's General Fund. Thus, it is expected to pay all labor expenses for its employees such as salary, life insurance, medical insurance, dental and vision insurance, retirement, social security, PERF (Public Employee Retirement Fund), Worker's Compensation insurance, unemployment compensation, and annuity benefits. In addition, it pays for refuse removal at each school, postage, non slip shoes for staff, office supplies, licensing fees for computer programs, milk, food, and supplies and any expenses related to the breakfast or lunch program.
