Can student pick-up at Cardinal be more efficient?

We acknowledge that the pick up procedure creates a long wait, but it is the safest method. Parents are prevented from walking up to the building to pick up children because of the safety issues it creates in the parking lot when they leave. We must work with the staff we have in place, and they are quite capable of providing a safe atmosphere during dismissal with this procedure in place.
