There has been no decision made on reduction or elimination of benefits for any BCSC employees. However, with the challenge of having to cut another $3 - $4 million after a similar reduction last year, virtually every means of cost-cutting is being explored.
BCSC is committed to releasing information on those decisions as quickly as they are official, so that employees can make the decisions and arrangements they need to in their own and their families' best interest.
