As you may be aware, the state of Indiana has just made a $300 million cut to K-12 education in the state. That cut, which amounts to almost $2 million for Brownsburg, will preclude BCSC from beginning or expanding programs in a way which causes the need for more teachers. Thus, it is unlikely that the full day kindergarten program will be expanded unless one of two things happens:
1. New money comes from the state to specifically fund full day kindergarten, which is unlikely given the State's finances.
2. BCSC charges a fee to parents to cover costs for full day kindergarten.
